How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:
Option 1: Through PayPal (if PayPal was used at checkout)
Log in to your PayPal account.
Go to Settings > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments.
Locate the subscription to LearnEnglishAbc.com.
Click Cancel and confirm the cancellation.
Option 2: Through Your LearnEnglishAbc.com Account
Log in to your account on LearnEnglishAbc.com.
Navigate to the Account Settings or Subscription Management section.
Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the cancellation process.
Option 3: By Contacting Customer Support
You may request cancellation by emailing us at support@LearnEnglishAbc.com. Please include:
Your full name
Subscription details (plan and date of purchase)
A clear statement requesting cancellation
Whether you are within the 14-day cooling-off period
Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU and Australia)
You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Australian Consumer Law.
Note: If you agree to receive full access to our digital services immediately after subscribing, you waive the right to this refund.
2. Pro-Rated Refunds (After 14 Days)
If cancellation occurs after the 14-day period, we may offer a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.
Exceptions: Discounted or promotional subscriptions may be non-refundable or not eligible for pro-rated refunds.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Recheck your bank or credit card account.
Contact your credit card provider — posting times may vary.
Contact your bank for additional processing details.

Notice Period for Cancellation
To avoid charges for the upcoming billing cycle:
Cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
If cancellation occurs within less than 30 days of renewal, you may still be charged for the next cycle, and access will continue until the end of that period.
We are not responsible for charges incurred due to late cancellation.
Automatic Renewal
Unless canceled in accordance with this policy:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
You will be charged using your original payment method.
Renewal terms will match the original subscription unless otherwise notified.
Confirmation of Cancellation
You will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours of successful cancellation.
