·       - Notify users of material changes via email, website banner, or through their account dashboard (if applicable)

·       - Allow continued use of the website to signify acceptance of the revised terms

When Changes Take Effect

Changes will take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. For material changes (such as those that affect your rights or obligations), we may provide:

·       - At least 30 days’ notice for material updates (in accordance with EU and Australian consumer regulations)

Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of LearnEnglishAbc.com after changes have been posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the site and cancel any active subscription before the effective date of the new terms.
